When: Sunday July 8th 11am to 2pm Monday July 9th 6pm to 8pm
Where: MOBY gardens at 1735 East 11th ave- just 2 blocks from the Broadway skytrain.
What: Cobbing is an ancient form of building using clay, sand and straw- it is sustainable building practice
Why: To learn about sustainable building. To be involved. To make friends while working hard. Come see a bunch of crazy people playing in the mud- you could be one of these crazy people too? have I said how much kids love doing this? If you do join in- we do have running water and towels to clean yourself up.
You do not have to get dirty if you do not want to- help bring straw and sand to the people who are playing in the mud/cob. You can where our gloves when putting the cob on the wall. Please come if you can. Thanks to all
