All ages and abilities work together to raise vegetables for our food bank so that those who are hungry can have fresh food. No skill, tools, or prior garden experience needed. Currently, our younges gardener is 5 and our oldest is 87!

This is a group for individuals interested in living a more sustainable lifestyle. There are many ways to learn, but I believe urban or suburban farming, organic farming, and/or biodynamic farming techniques lead to many fertile topics with opportunities to learn. The purpose of this meetup is to bring together people interested in the principles of Permaculture Design: Care of the Earth, Care of People, Share the Surplus. I have no preconceived idea of how it will evolve. My hopes are to create a place where ideas and action can come together to promote a resilient, compassionate and sustainable community.
